Refund policy

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without specifying reasons in written form (letter or email) or by returning the goods. The period begins upon receiving this notice in written form but not before the goods have been received by the recipient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return the received benefits. If you cannot return or only partly return the received benefits and uses (e.g., usage advantages), or if you can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation to that extent. You are only obligated to provide compensation for the deterioration of the item and for uses if the uses or the deterioration can be attributed to handling the item beyond testing its qualities and functionality. "Testing its qualities and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods as would be possible and customary in a retail store.

You have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to what was ordered. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period starts for you when you send your withdrawal statement or the goods, and for us upon receiving them.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts concerning goods that were made according to customer specifications, are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs, or, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, as well as for goods that can quickly perish, or whose expiry date would be exceeded.

Regarding food, as well as tea, these are goods that are delivered sealed, and they cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene after opening.
